WARRANTY
Products purchased on our website have a six month warranty. The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship from the day the product is shipped. It does not, however, cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or impacts (such as dropping), regardless of force.
Warranty is valid only with the order number and matching email address. The purchase of any Earthamp product from one of our authorized retailers (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, etc) will not under any circumstance be covered by our warranty policy. Please contact them directly to make arrangements.
To make a warranty claim, or if your shipment arrived damaged or defective, please fill out our contact form for the quickest resolution.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To be considered eligible for a refund, a return claim must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order. Earthamp will accept returns in like-new condition. We reserve the right to deny a refund for an item that is believed to be previously damaged.
† Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the case of defect, a replacement can be offered within our warranty period. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll make arrangements for you to return the damaged Earthamp product and receive a replacement. We recommend that you keep the original shipping materials as it is important that you package the product so that it will not be damaged during shipping. Failure to properly package your Earthamp product for return shipment may lead to your refund request being denied if the product in question should arrive damaged.
† Due to variations in monitor/screen settings and the wide variation in natural material, images on the website may not match the actual products shipped. Color/grain dissatisfaction is not a valid reason for an exchange.
Domestic Returns and Exchanges
Please note that domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Earthamp.
International Returns and Exchanges
Please note that international customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged items to Earthamp.
